First Chance Lunches and Last Chance Lunches
There are two signs on the wall in Herms. First Chance Lunches and Last Chance Lunches. Treasures from a bygone era when Herm’s was in fact your last stop for fuel and food before entering Logan Canyon but also your first stop after the drive through. Herman and Lizzy Johnson opened “Hermans Inn” in the early 1900s. Jim Laub restored the restaurant in 2012 and it has become a favorite of locals for breakfast and lunch.

What is the best thing to do after you put the kids on the bus? Meet your humans, your support group, your peeps for breakfast. We decided we are going to try all the breakfast spots in the valley. We aren’t strangers to these yummy places but why not have a new challenge right. Our rule is we have to each try something different.
