The Crepery
Gabriel and Brooke Anderson created the Crepery in Logan Utah in 2009. Gabriel fell in love with crepes while attending school as a foreign exchange student in Paris.
At first they offered Crepes out of a coffee shop called Citrus and Sage, then moved to a renovated pizza shop in south Logan, which is where I fell in love with them. Their new location on 29 w Center in Logan has the great urban vibe that I love.
They currently have another location in St George.
